Filter based on the source of the FAQ i.e. manual, import, extract, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Searching_FAQs\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searching FAQs<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To search the FAQs, take the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the Indices page, click <\/span><b>FAQs <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on the left pane.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the FAQs page, click <\/span><b>Search <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and enter the text you want to search.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Editing_FAQs\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Editing FAQs<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To edit the FAQs, take the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the Indices page, click <\/span><b>FAQs <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on the left pane.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the FAQs page, select a FAQ and click <\/span><b>Edit <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on the right column.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the Edit FAQ dialog box, make the required changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Save<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exporting_FAQs\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exporting FAQs<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In SearchAssist, you can export all the approved FAQs in JSON or CSV format to use them in another Search Assistant or edit it in an editor and import it back to the same source Search Assistant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider a scenario where you are creating and maintaining multiple Search Assistants, and manually entered, reviewed and approved FAQs. If you want the same set of approved FAQs to be added to a different Search Assistant use the export the FAQs into a CSV or JSON file from the source Search Assistant and import in the target Search Assistant. Alternatively you can edit the exported Structured data files in an editor to make desired changes, and import into the desired Search Assistant.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To export FAQs, take the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the Indices page, click <\/span><b>FAQs <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on the left pane.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the FAQs page, click the export icon on the upper-right and select <\/span><b>Export to JSON <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or <\/span><b>Export to CSV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After you select the respective option, the file is exported and saved in your local folder.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To check the status of the export, click the notifications icon to see the <\/span><b>Status Updates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Deleting_FAQs_from_the_Drafts_tab\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deleting FAQs from the Drafts tab<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can delete FAQs from the Drafts, In-review, or the Approved tabs. To delete FAQs from the Drafts tab, take the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the Sources page, click <\/span><b>FAQs <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on the left pane.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the FAQs page, by default, the <\/span><b>Drafts <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tab is selected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select a FAQ you want to delete; click the vertical ellipsis icon on the upper-right and select <\/span><b>Delete <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from the list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also delete in bulk. Select the FAQs you want to delete and click <\/span><b>Delete <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to confirm the deletion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Deleting_FAQs_from_the_In-Review_tab\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deleting FAQs from the In-Review tab<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To delete FAQs from the In-review tab, take the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the Sources page, click FAQs on the left pane.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the FAQs page, by default, the Drafts tab is selected.
