In SearchAssist, Results Insights provides all the results that appeared for the user queries along with metrics for each result so that you can improve the results to make them more relevant for the end-users<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

<\/span>Access<\/span><\/h2>\n

To access results insights, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click the <\/span>Analytics <\/b>tab on the top and select <\/span>Results Insights<\/b> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. You can filter the results over a time period:<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. past 24 hours;<\/li>\n
    2. past 7 weeks, set by default; or<\/li>\n
    3. custom time-period by selecting the start and end date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

      Appearances<\/td>\nNumber of times the result appeared for any user query<\/td>\nFor Top Search Results, you can see the queries associated with the results.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Number of clicks<\/td>\nNumber of times the result was clicked by the user<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Click-through rate<\/td>\nNumber of unique clicks (Multiple clicks counted to 1 for each time the result appeared) \/ appearances<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Avg. Position<\/td>\nAverage position of the result for the search query<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div><\/div>
