A channel is a connection between communication applications and SearchAssist. In SearchAssist, you can configure destinations for your application to communicate with one or more channels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, SearchAssist allows you to configure channels only through <\/span>Web\/Mobile Client<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

<\/span>Add Channels<\/span><\/h2>\n

To add channels, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. On the landing page, click the <\/span>Manage <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. By default, the<\/span> General Settings<\/b> page is displayed. On the left pane, click <\/span>Channels<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. On the Channels page, click the <\/span>Web\/Mobile Client<\/b> card.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. On the Web\/Mobile Client\u2019s Instructions page, you can find the instructions displayed in four steps:<\/span>\n
