After the review, the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reviewer <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">can either approve or reject it and send it back to the Draft stage for rework. The workflow also provides insights into the review process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: Only the approved FAQs would be considered for search and added as the content for search.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workflow Stages<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After you submit FAQs to the Search Assistant, FAQs follow a workflow in the following stages:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In-Draft<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In-Review<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approved<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"In-Draft_Stage\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In-Draft Stage<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After you add FAQs to the Search Assistant, the FAQs are listed under the <\/span><b>Drafts <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tab. On this page,\u00a0 you can edit an FAQ and send it for review. You can also perform operations in bulk. On this page, as a reviewer, you can either select the FAQ and approve it or send it back to <\/span><b>Drafts <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for rework.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To approve FAQs, take the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you select the required FAQ,\u00a0 find the FAQ details in the right column.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click either <\/span><b>Needs Rework<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or\u00a0 <\/span><b>Approve <\/b>as applicable<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also perform the operations in bulk. Select checkbox to select multiple FAQs either to approve FAQs or return direct them to <\/span><b>Drafts <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for rework. On this page, you can either edit FAQs or move the FAQs to the Drafts section for rework. Additionally you can either delete the selected FAQs, and perform operations in bulk.
