SearchAssist provides the <\/span>Import FAQs<\/b> option to import FAQs from files. It is mandatory that files are in CSV or JSON format that SearchAssist supports for effective import of FAQs.<\/span><\/p>\n

To add FAQs through the Import FAQs option, take the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. On the Sources tab, click <\/span>FAQs <\/b>on the left pane.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. On the FAQs page, click the <\/span>Add FAQ <\/b>and select <\/span>Import FAQs<\/b>. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. In the Import FAQs dialog box, enter a name in the Source Title<\/b> field.<\/li>\n
  4. From the <\/span>Import from File<\/b> section, drag and drop a file or click <\/span>Browse<\/b> to locate the file. \"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Download the sample JSON or CSV files for reference. Refer\u00a0 <\/span>Supported file formats<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click <\/span>Proceed<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
