Use the <\/span>Extract FAQs<\/b> option to extract all the FAQs that are listed in a PDF file or in web pages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To add FAQs through the Extract FAQs<\/strong> option, take the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. On the Sources page, click <\/span>FAQs <\/b>on the left pane.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. On the FAQs page, click the +<\/span>Add FAQ <\/b>and select <\/span>Extract FAQs<\/b>.\"\"<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. In the Extract FAQs dialog box, enter a name in the <\/span>Source Title<\/b> field and a description in the <\/span>Description <\/b>field.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Extract FAQs from a file: <\/span>For file extraction \u2013 from the <\/span>Extract from File <\/b>section, drag and drop a file or click <\/span>Browse <\/b>to locate the PDF file. \"\"<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. For the <\/span>Extract from File<\/b> option, <\/span>Annotate and Extract<\/b> the uploaded file to identify and include only the FAQs in that file. Refer <\/span>How to Annotate & Extract FAQs from documents<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the <\/span>Extract FAQs<\/b> dialog box, find the extraction status. If required, cancel the extraction or click <\/span>OK <\/b>after the extraction is complete.<\/span><\/p>\n
